Commander Keen,
Tall and lean,
Wore a suit of red and green.

Up above the world so high,
Like a diamond in the sky,
"It's Commander Keen!" the people would cry.

Oliver, his special friend,
He battled monsters to the end
And always helped his companion win.

Together they rescued the world from fires,
Earthquakes, tornados, and evil squires,
Monsters, goblins, and giant tires.

Oliver and Commander Keen 
Were known as the two who were always seen
Battling evil and killing the mean.

Rain, hail, ice and snow,
Soaring high, flying low,
Nothing made things too hard to go.

Until one day, Commander Keen
Was saving a man when he fractured his spleen,
And never again was Commander Keen seen.
